1. How much will it cost to sanction this year with the USBS? Back to Top The total cost to sanction with the USBC will be: BA-- $18.00, WBA $15.00. 2. What is the breakdown of the USBC BA fees for this season? Back to Top USBC fees are broken down as follows: $10.00 to USBC, $7.80 to Local Association (LDUSBCBA), and $0.20 to the state association. 3. What are the timeframes that my sanction fee will cover? Back to Top Sanction fee payments made during a Summer league will remain in effect until entry into a Fall league of the next calendar year. Sanction fees paid for a Fall League will remain in effect until the start of any Fall League the following season. 4. What if I sanction in another association with USBC? Back to Top If USBC sanction fees are paid in another bowling association, the bowler will be responsible for payment of the local and state association fees for a total of $8.00. 5. When must my sanction be paid? Back to Top Team captains will insure that a sanction application is filled out by each bowler on the team on the first night of bowling for that individual. All sanction fees must be paid at that time. A sanction application must be filled out for every league that an individual bowls in. (See question #4) The bowler will list the league that the sanction was paid in for this season on the sanction application. 6. What does the Lower Delaware USBC Bowling Association do for me as a bowler? Back to Top The members of the Board of LDUSBCBA are responsible for many functions that allow all bowlers to have an enjoyable season of bowling. They certify that each bowling center conforms with the standards set forth by the USBC. This allows you to receive honor score or other awards from USBC. Board members are assigned as laisons for each bowling center. They run many tournaments during the season to include: team events, trio, pairs and the Presidents Trophy for highest average bowlers from each league. LDUSBCBA maintains the Hall of Fame and are responsible for supplying the information on this website.
